Site Help

This page is divided into four sections for ease of explanation. These sections can be identified by passing your mouse over them on the image below - clicking on a highlighted section will take you directly to the description for that section.

Page Header:

This section of the page is a standard feature of every page within the Bignall websites and remains un-changed from page to page to allow for ease of use through familiarity.

Using the page header you can gain access to all sections of our site.

Navigation:

This section of the site changes depending on which section of the site you are currently viewing.

You will be presented with a list of areas specific to the section you are viewing.

When in the Masterlube Direct section you will also be presented with the Shopping Cart Display which shows you the total number and value of items currently in your shopping cart. From here you can view your shopping cart in more detail, change quantities, delete items and finalise and pay for your order using our secure online server.

Also in the Masterlube Direct section is our search facility which will allow you search our catalogue for products matching your chosen key word(s).

Page Body:

This section is the main focus of any page and is solely dependant on the last link you clicked. Content within the page body varies from introductory text and customer service information to search results, lists of sub-categories within chosen categories, lists of products within chosen sub-categories, detailed product information (including price information, product images and descriptions, ordering options and customer comments), detailed shopping cart information, personal account information and order-finalisation details.

Page Footer:

The footer section of each page is another constant element and does not change regardless of which section of the site you are viewing.

To the left you are offered the chance to return to the top of the page or add DJH Engineering to your Favourites / Bookmark List (an excellent idea if you plan to return to our site).

To the right you are you are given our email address, the options to view our terms and conditions, privacy statement and to visit the site map which provides links to the various sections and sub-sections of the site, grouped by their relationship to each other.
